CEO and Board Member
Jeff Seibert became President and CEO of Seair on February 3, 2014. Prior to joining Seair, Jeff had a 30-year career with Pall Corporation (“Pall”), recently as President of Pall Water Processing business which grew from zero to a large, multi-million dollar business under his leadership. Mr. Seibert was Pall’s global leader for large-scale water systems technology, addressing the purification requirements for surface, ground, seawater and wastewater sources. He directed the design, development, manufacturing and sales teams of process and water-related filtration and separations technologies serving applications for municipal, industrial, biopharmaceutical, medical and military customers. He has significant experience in the development, manufacturing and marketing of water treatment technologies in North America and overseas, including the development of strategic partnership arrangements and is a named inventor on 3 fluid clarification patents. He is a member of the American Water Works Association, the American Ground Water Association and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
Kyle is a Professional Chemist and Environmental Professional, with extensive experience in water technology development, application and design. He’s been with Seair for almost 10 years and has developed much of the technology we use today.
Jim is a 15 year finance veteran with experience in investment banking, venture capital and CFO working with high tech companies. He joined in August 2013, and prior to this he’s worked at Gordon Capital and HSBC in investment banking, spent 7 years in venture capital as VP Investments at one of Canada’s largest VC firms and also founded an entertainment software company which was sold in 2010. Jim is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
